The cave-like room had fine views and featured beautiful decor. Breakfast was great, showcasing local flavors. Only downside, the parking process could be smoother. An lovely experience!

The air conditioning was inconsistent!!! Bathrooms are designed without any doors, awkward for privacy!!! The parking arrangement was frustrating with long waits for shuttles!!!

The setting was TOP, really close to fascinating Matera, the pathway and most touristic attractions of the town. It also was in the Sassi area. The rooms were luxurious and unique with private bathroom. Having a hairdryer, a bidet, and a shower cap was a bonus.

Units with bath. Incredible and excellent location in Matera so close to Piazza Duomo, the cathedral and the square. A good choice of food options not very far from the venue.

Amazing cave experience awaits you

We were mesmerized by the amazing panoramic views from our room. Each morning, the breakfast spread was excellent, with local delicacies that we eagerly enjoyed. Offering personalized service and assistance with our luggage.

The service was friendly, nothing to complain about, it was just what we needed. The room was beautifully appointed but still maintained the character of the setting and available with the hot tub and an amazing view, as example.

Location: the hotel was really close to a cave, which is very cool as well as most touristic attractions. Tried some nice meals at Le Bubbole, located close to the venue. The rooms were absolutely fantastic, especially those with the jacuzzi, an amazing view, bath. The breakfast was extensive with a wide range of SUPERB food on offer.

The cave-like architecture offered a unique experience, and I loved the amazing views from my room. The staff were attentive and provided thoughtful assistance throughout my visit.

Parking process could be smoother.

The cave dining experience was unique, and the homemade breakfast was a highlight. We also enjoyed the guided bike tour around San Giuliano Lake and the scenic spot in the Civita neighborhood. Be ready to ask for room upgrades early since they fill up fast!

The air conditioning was not great. It was a bit uncomfortable at times, and a fan was only a temporary fix.

Amazing location with beautiful views! The staff were very attentive, and we had an very nice breakfast with a delicious assortment of homemade pastries and breads. We especially appreciated Angela at the bar and restaurant.

It was just a strong match for a walk in the evening in Matera with excellent value for money. The room came with fine views, made relaxing in the evenings really enjoyable. Always ask for room recommendations based on your preferences.

Staying in the suite with private pool was a dream come true! The views were captivating, and the staff genuinely cared about our experience.

Staying in the Beautiful Junior Suite was such a treat! The room was gorgeous, with fine panoramic views right from the window. Plus, the luxury toiletries and spa-quality amenities. The only downside? On the street side, you could see people walking by. But honestly, the experience of staying in a cave hotel was totally worth it!
